Return Policy | Damaged Items/Faulty

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from original purchase (order) date to request a return.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Showing no signs of wear or damage.

Please note: We reserve the right to decline returns or refunds for items that do not meet these criteria.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will Not be accepted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, defective or damaged. 

Refund Process:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to infozoventi@gmail.com with your order number on the subject line 

  2. Mailing the Return Package: Once your return request is approved, we will send you the full return address.
    Please ensure the item(s) are securely packaged before sending them back to us.

  3. Shipping Confirmation: Take a photo of your shipping confirmation/receipt with tracking number and email it to us - for our tracking record (with the original order number in the subject line).

  4. Refund: Your refund will be issued immediately after we complete our assessment.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damaged Items/Faulty or Incorrect Products:

We handle your item(s) with great care in order for you to receive it in the best condition. However, on some occasions items can be damaged during transit which is beyond our control.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediatelyso we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

If the item is damaged, faulty or an error is made from our end, please contact us via email at infozoventi@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item(s) along with:

  •  the order number
  • and photographs of the product

After reviewing your email we will contact you about the refund or replacement of the  product. 

Non-refundable items
Items on clearance/final sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective or damaged.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
