Shipping policy

Processing and Shipping Time:

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after purchase. Please add the processing time to the shipping time shown below.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Standard Shipping via Australia Post

Standard Shipping method may take 3-10 days to arrive depending on your location in Australia.

Express Shipping via Australia Post

Express shipping may take around 2-3 days to arrive depending on your location in Australia.

For other International Shipping ( USA, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain etc ) you can order via our Etsy Store: zoventidesigns.etsy.com

Please ensure to check the entered shipping address, if the address given is incorrect, please contact us immediately at infozoventi@gmail.com (within 24 hours) to have the address changed. 

Once your order has been shipped to the incorrect address, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. Zoventi will not be responsible for any item(s) shipped to an incorrect or outdated address.

Returned or Undeliverable Orders

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it wasn't collected or accepted, we will reach out to you to arrange the next steps - this could mean reshipping your item or issuing a refund for the product(s).

In these cases, any additional shipping costs will be at your expense. Refunds will not include the original shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If we don’t receive a response from you within 60 days, we will consider the matter settled and take no further action.
